Crafted using the ancient Passito method, the grapes are dried on racks for months before being pressed and fermented in small oak barriques, or "Caratelli." This natural fermentation process, which can take up to four years, creates a wine of remarkable depth and complexity, with each barrel developing its own unique "mother yeast." The result is a luxurious wine with a radiant golden hue and a rich, storied character.

On the nose, Vin Pretto offers an enticing blend of hazelnut, caramel, honey, and dried tropical fruits like mango and apricot, with a hint of delicate perfume.
