Rosato 2024

Crafted from a blend of King Valley Sangiovese, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir, our 2024 Rosato is bright, fresh and full of vibrant fruit. It starts with a bouquet of rose petals, violets, strawberries and hibiscus, then the palate reveals layers delicious bright berry flavours with soft crunchy acidity. Like all of our wines, the Rosato sings with food – think crustacean, pasta and burrata, a strawberry and spinach salad or maybe even icy cold when the sun is out.
