La Dolce Vita: Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th November 2018
Prosecco – it’s carefree, refreshing and cooling – like a gentle Spring breeze and it’s consumed in nearly every Italian household in Italy. Victoria’s most renowned Italian winemaking family – the Dal Zotto’s – were the first to produce it in our beautiful country. To celebrate this Italian white sparkling variety, its versatility and the warmer weather, the Dal Zotto’s are hosting -Primavera del Prosecco – a weekend of activities for the whole family as part of the La Dolce Vita weekend –Sat 17 and Sun 18 November, 2018.
Visitors are invited to set their own pace over the weekend as they sip on Prosecco cocktails created by mixologist Tim Dundon, graze through a rustic Italian menu prepared by the talented chefs at Dal Zotto’s Trattoria, play a round or two of bocce and take in the stunning vistas that surround Dal Zotto’s property via foot or helicopter! Prosecco may be the hero of the weekend, but rest assured Dal Zotto’s full range of wines will also be available for sampling and purchase over the whole weekend.
Dal Zotto Wines have put together a killer line up of entertainment! Paris Zachariou will be rocking out between 11am and 3:45pm on both days and for those who like to kick on a little longer, DJ Em will be on the decks between 5pm and 8pm on Saturday evening for “Prosecco Nights” to welcome the sun as she sets over the picturesque King Valley – so don’t forget your dancing shoes!
Everyone from the little to the big kids will find something to do at Dal Zotto Primavera del Prosecco from our popular kid’s corner (complete with Jumping castle), face painting, kids craft and Loopy the clown, to our helicopter joy flights. Last but not least, who could forget Otto Dal Zotto’s famous porchetta rolls? Served at 4pm on the Saturday, get in early to make sure you don’t miss out!
